Doors to the chapel will close promptly at 2:50 pm

Following the ceremony there will be transportation to Splendido at the Chateau where the cocktail hour and wedding reception will take place!

Please join us for cocktail hour, a seated dinner, and dancing!

Meet us for a very casual send off.

We are working on accommodations within walking distance to the the Chapel and Beaver Creek Village.

If you are staying in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch, you can call Dial A Ride to pick you up and take you any of our various event venues. (970.949.1938, allowing 10-20 minutes for pick-up).

If you are staying in Avon, take the free public bus up to Beaver Creek Village. Get off the bus at the covered bridge (the same stop you get off at to go skiing). The Hyatt is a short walk past the Gondola from there. Please make sure you allow plenty of time to get from your lodge to the transportation center. You can also park in the Beaver Creek Village ramp. The first 2 hours are free. The ramp is called Gerald Ford Village Hall and is located just below the Chapel on Village Road, near the covered bridge. This ramp does fill up quite often however so leave yourselves plenty of time to find parking
