Join us straight off the mountain for margs, tacos, and a proper mountain welcome! Heavy appetizers and tasty beverages will be provided.

Doors to the chapel will close promptly at 2:50 pm

Following the ceremony there will be transportation to Splendido at the Chateau where the cocktail hour and wedding reception will take place!

Please join us for cocktail hour, a seated dinner, and dancing!

Join us for a very casual send-off and breakfast buffet as we soak up a little more time together before everyone heads home. Come and go as you wish.

Transportation will be provided to and from events on wedding day.

If you are staying in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch, please download the Village Connect App to coordinate transportation.

If you are staying in Avon, take the free public bus up to Beaver Creek Village. Get off the bus at the covered bridge (the same stop you get off at to go skiing). Please make sure you allow plenty of time to get from your lodge to the transportation center.

You can also park in the Beaver Creek Village ramp. The first 2 hours are free. The ramp is called Gerald Ford Village Hall and is located just below the Chapel on Village Road, near the covered bridge. This ramp does fill up quite often however so leave yourselves plenty of time to find parking
